The object in question is the left central incisor.
Where (buccal or lingual) is the central incisor in relation to the left lateral incisor? (For fun can you also figure out where the canine is in relation to the left lateral incisor?) 🙂

The 3.2 is lingal to the 3.1 and 3.3. I think the 3.1 has a disto buccal axial rotation?
