Thank you for posting this. You say there are caries in #29 M and D of the last case. Are you referring to slight interproximal RLs that are only in enamel?

There is a facial (most likely but could be lingual) composite restoration that is superimposed over the pulp chamber of #18 (mandibular left second molar).
Hello, thank you for all your questions. What is a circular thing under the restoration of mandibular second molar in q2? And was the base material used under the resto in mandibular first molar in q3? Is not what is it? Thank you
Q2 – circular area is a facial (most likely but could be lingual) restoration.
Q3 – Not sure if the radiolucent area under the restoration is a base material or possibly a void.
