Macrodont

Definition: A larger than average tooth.  This is less common than a microdont.

Radiographic Features:

Location: Any tooth in the oral cavity.

Edge: Well-defined.

Shape: A large tooth.

Internal: Mixed radiopaque/radiolucent. Radiopacity of enamel and dentin.  Radiolucency of pulp chamber/root canal.

Other: None.

Number: May be single or multiple.
