Cementoblastoma

Definition: A slow growing neoplasm composed mostly of cementum.

Radiographic Features:

Location: Mandibular first molar and premolar region at the apex of a tooth.

Edge: Well-defined.

Shape: Round to ovoid.

Internal: Mixed radiolucent/radiopaque to completely radiopaque.

Other: It causes resorption of the associated tooth.

Number: Single.
