ORAD: Help when making a differential interpretation list

I have found that one of the most difficult things for people is after describing a radiographic lesion is to come up with a valid differential interpretation list.  (Of note, I use the term interpretation instead of diagnosis as that is made when all the information is combined – radiographic, clinical, and histopathological.)  But no worries, as there is an online program to help you out in this area.  This website has several fields to fill out based on your radiographic description and clinical information of your patient.  Based on what information you provide it will generate a differential interpretation list with the most common (highest incidence) of entities on top and in decreasing likelihood (again based on incidence of how often a disease process occurs).  Below is a screen shot of the online program.  You can click on this link (ORAD) to proceed to this page.  Try it out and let me know what you think.

If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.

Thanks and enjoy!
