I am not sure many of us would be restoring all of the areas indicated. The concept of “watching” may be controversial but with minimal if any extent into dentin many of these lesions and this patient deserves the benefit of doubt.

Good points about the extent of radiographic lesions. I merely want people to practice identifying them; hence I don’t go into anything about treatment versus ‘watching’. Thanks for the comment. 🙂
