    May I ask you what would be the radiolucency on maxillary right first molar (mesial). Would it be a void on the composite?

      At the floor of the mesial restoration, there appears to be a void/short fill. You are correct in what you are seeing. 🙂

      It looks like there is a tiny little incipient lesion on that tooth. Nice catch and I will update the post accordingly. 🙂
