      If you are looking below the cemento-enamel junction, the diffuse radiolucent area is cervical burnout.

    Would you explain more on mandibular left second molar? I can not find caries.

      Look specifically at the distal-occlusal DEJ. You will see an area of increased radiolucency. If you are viewing in a bright room, it can be a little tricky to see.
